Short version: we collect an email address if you give us one, and the details you type into the brand enquiry form. Nothing else. We do not sell anything to anyone, and there are no advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

What we collect

• Your email address, if you sign up to the mailing list — along with which page you signed up from and the date.
• Brand enquiries: the name, company, email, budget range, timeline and message you enter on the enquiries form.
• Outbound clicks: when you tap a product link we record which link it was, when, and the page you came from. This is a count of taps, not a profile of you — no cookie is set and nothing identifies you personally.

What we do with it

Mailing list addresses are used to send you Cowboy Sully's emails and nothing else. Enquiry details are used to reply to you. Click counts tell us which products people find useful.

Who else touches it

• Vercel — hosts the site and its server logs.
• Google Firebase — stores the data described above.
• Resend — sends the emails.

Those three are processors acting on our instructions. We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone else.

Cookies

The public site sets no cookies. A single cookie is set only when someone signs in to the private admin area, and it holds a signed session — no personal data.

How long we keep it

Mailing list addresses until you unsubscribe. Enquiries for as long as we might reasonably need them for the conversation you started. Click counts are aggregate and not tied to you.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — including unsubscribing, which every email has a link for. Email cowboysully@tbccreatornetwork.com and we'll do it. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your data protection regulator.
